I have always loved purple. My cousin Bobbi told me that when I was little, she would ask me repeatedly for my favorite color thinking that it would change because purple isn’t a typical choice for a toddler. So of course, purple is the base color of my garden. I cannot pass up a plant with purple blossoms because you cannot have too much purple in the garden.
In the garden, purple is beautiful with all other colors. So mix up these purple beauties throughout your garden. Purple is a secondary color (red + blue), so its hue ranges from bluish purples to reddish purples, and of course from the lightest lavender to dark purple. I love it all.
